Apart  from   time travelers  -  which are a very rare type of people -   we all  get the same  24 hours   a day .  Similarly, monks , hermits and lone wolves are usually the only ones capable of freeing themselves without delay from the most ordinary types of everyday hassles and many other kinds of  not-so-fun   responsibilities. Ain't it cool to shave your head...? So, what does this leaves us with? šŸ˜•   Well... with an overwhelming majority of people having exactly the same amount of time in hand as you do , and – most likely – the same unexceptional daily chores and struggles ... Same "stuff", different day... We’re not all that different , although some may try to convince you otherwise. Especially time lords . New features! Pause button, deactivate users, reactivate account

We have new features for you! We know it has been a while, but we guarantee it was worth waiting for. We have implemented some long requested features, which will not only help you better and more efficiently track your time, but also help you work more efficiently.



The Pause button 


A highly requested feature is now available in the web app. You can pause your stopwatch and resume it at any time. It is also available in the agenda! Just start the stopwatch and in case you have a phone call or some interruption, click on pause and when you are ready to work again, just click on Continue. It’s so easy and will save you time as well as help you track your time more accurately!


Reactivate account


In case you decided to deactivate your account because you didn’t need to track your time anymore or other reasons, but then decide to come back to primaERP within 90 days of the deactivation (we knew you would!), you can now reactivate your account at any time in the account settings. Just log in as usual and click on Reactivate in the account settings- that’s it! Your back!


Deactivate user 


As there have been several questions about deleting a user, we have now decided to have only the deactivation feature. This allows you to deactivate the user, which frees up one slot in the license but keeps all of the user’s data. We think this is better than deleting the user and all of its data, as this can affect projects, clients, numbers, etc.



As always, we have also done some bug fixes in Billing and in the creation of the users (a name is now mandatory) and have also improved the performance of the software.

GDPR and updates in primaERP

It was May 25 th , 2018 on Friday and that means, that the long awaited GDPR come into effect. Two years since the  regulation approval  the rules for data protection are finally changing, affecting not only companies but anyone who handles personal data. GDPR will make it possible for people  to have  better control over what is being done with their personal details, they will be precisely informed of what it is that the processors need their data for and it will be possible to raise a complaint against the processors, which was not possible before.   The users will also have access to the data that is being collected about them and they will be able to request a complete removal of those data from the processor’s database.    Naturally, primaERP is rea dy for the new regulations and as of  Thursday you can find the updated Terms of Service and Privacy policy as well as the new Data processing contract and the list of our process...

Introduction (brief history, etc.) Maturus, n.p.o. is a public benefit organization specialized in the field of graphic arts. It employs creative people with disabilities. It now offers a wide range of graphic design services alongside with an eight-month training program. It helps graduates of Jedlička Institute school (school for disabled people) to work and learn graphic and computer skills under the guidance of experienced trainers. Maturus was founded in 2010 by the Jedlička Institute Foundation as part of the Vodafone Foundation's "A Year Different" programme.
