Dear primaERP user,
We have just released the prima:Time app, which will completely replace the primaERP application within a month. You can try out the new app on our websites www.primatime.com with same login credentials as you are using on primaERP.
From now until April 30th, you can use both applications with the same data at the same time. The time records created in one app will be automatically created in the other application as well. All the data remain the same.
The complete closure of the original application primaERP will occur on May 1st. From this date on, you will only be able to use the prima:Time app.
All the existing subscriptions have been transferred to prima:Time and have been extended until May 31st for free. The automatic subscription renewal has been stopped for all the original primaERP subscriptions. This means that after the free trial ends, you will be asked to purchase new accesses in the prima:Time application.
To purchase accesses, please use the Accesses & Subscriptions page in the prima:Time settings. Information on how to purchase new accesses can be found here.
What will change with prima:Time:
- Improved user interface, new features and increased performance
- You get the Billing module to the Time tracking module for free.
- Accesses to the ATTENDANCE module can now be increased by 1, instead of 10 accesses.
- There are no more free accesses after the trial. Prices for each user can be found here.
- We have made the subscription management simpler with the aim of unifying payment days and documents through the FastSpring service. The default currency is EUR. Prices in other currencies are automatically converted at the current exchange rate.
Furthermore, we have prepared a discount for loyal primaERP users who have been using primaERP in the past. You can find the discount code in the email that was sent on March 30th.
You can get to the prima:Time app via http://www.primatime.com. Simply click on the "Login prima:Time" button and enter the Web address (URL) of your account.
We have also prepared a Knowledge Base page for you, where you will find useful tips and explanations of the prima:Time features. The link to our Knowledge Base can be found here.
In the future, we plan to add other features such as cost management, the option to divide users into teams or graphical reports. At the same time, we plan to innovate the mobile apps and improve tutorials.
